Trainee Code of Conduct

1. It is mandatory to attend regularly throughout the training period in the dress prescribed by the institution.
2. One must enter the institution premises strictly by 10:00 AM.
3. One must always remain disciplined and well-mannered.
4. One must always obey the instructions of the institution administration and trainers.
5. One must protect and preserve the physical properties of the institution.
6. Mobile phones, cameras, and other communication devices are not allowed to be used personally.
7. Entry into the institution wearing expensive jewelry and cosmetic items is not allowed.
8. Equal participation must be ensured in every activity organized/conducted by the institution.
9. One must show polite and respectful behavior to everyone, both younger and older.
10. The surroundings of the institution and classrooms, both inside and outside, must be kept clean.
11. One must always be curious, hardworking, dedicated, and diligent while participating in training activities.
12. Break Time and Mini-Break Time must be properly utilized.
13. Instead of junk food, homemade food should be taken as snacks.
14. Participation in Class Tests/Internal Exams conducted by the institution/concerned department from time to time is mandatory.
15. After completion of training activities, lights and fans inside and outside the classroom must be turned off. Also, the projector cable must be properly managed in the designated place.
16. A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory from the beginning to the end of the semester; otherwise, one will not be allowed to participate in internal and final examinations.
